Richs Bettercreme Vanilla 2 LB - PICK UP ONLY (frozen). Ready-to-Whip Non-Dairy Liquid Icing and Filling. The Rich’s Bettercreme Ready-To-Whip Vanilla Icing and Filling can be used to decorate cakes and pastries. This liquid vanilla icing is artificially flavored and has a smooth texture. It is packed in easy-to-open cartons for convenient usage. This Bettercreme vanilla icing bulk pack is ideal for bakeries, cake shops, and cafes. Liquid vanilla non-dairy icing thats ready-to-whip. Use as an icing and filling for cakes, cupcakes, tortes and desserts. Fill donuts and pastries. Decorate or garnish pies and desserts. Combine with fruit fillings. Add any food coloring or flavoring and create your own desserts and cakes that wow! Packaged in 2-lb cartons 12 per case.
Preparation Instructions:
Perishible. Keep Refrigerated. For best results: Keep frozen at 0°F to 10°F.
1. Thaw in a refrigerator (38°F to 45°F) for at least 24 hours before use.
2. Shake well before opening. Pur product into a clean, dry mixing bowl. If desired, colors and flavors may be added to the mixing bowl.
3. Do not fill Bettercrememore than 20% capacity of bowl. Do not add water.
4. Whip on medium speed at 45°F to 50°F for approximately 6-10 minutes until soft peaks form.
5. Do not overwhip. If overwhipped, add more Bettercreme and whip until product returns to the recommended soft peak appearance.Do not refreeze unwhipped Bettercreme.
Troubleshooting: If bettercreme appears wet, shiny or slides off the cake, product was not thawed completely (check product temperature). If Bettercreme appears coarse, stiff, or airy, the product was either left out of the refrigerator too long, was overwhipped, or exceeded the refrigerated shelf life.
Shelf life: Refrigerated, unopened: 90 days. Refrigerated, opened: 7 days. Applied to cake (refrigerated or room temperature: less than 80°F): 5 days.
Serving Suggestions: Use as an icing and filling for cakes, cupcakes, tortes, and desserts. Fill donuts and pasteries. Decorate or garnish pies and desserts. Combine with fruit fillings. Add any food colorings or flavorings and create your own desserts and cakes that wow!
