This IPA won’t make you go blind, but it may make you pig out on multiple pints. A classic West Coast profile with a beautiful copper color, balanced malt profile, and firm bitterness. For added complexity, oak chips are added after primary fermentation. OG: 1.070 | SRM: 6 | IBUs: 71 | ABV: 7.5%.
