This sweet and delicious stout is black in color and paired well with a malty sweetness. Dominate flavors are chocolate and caramel as well as contributing to the aroma. Accents of low to medium-low roasted malt derived bitterness. OG 1.090 - FG 1.021 - SRM 34.26 - IBU 64.7 - ABV 9.1% - Efficiency: 72% - Attenuation: About 60.2%. Grain bill for this recipe is 15 lbs.
