Compressor color may vary; all models are the same. We repair this model and sell replacement parts. PLEASE BE SURE YOU PURCHASE AIRBRUSH CLEANER (food-safe) and clean airbrush gun after EVERY use until it sprays clear. This is a preventative step for you to keep your airbrush functioning properly and clean. When sending your airbrush in for general maintenance or repair, please include the following: Name: First & Last, Complete Return Address, Phone Number & a note of what the problem is with the airbrush system, or what you are needing done. Be sure to send your air gun, compressor, hose and any other cords/attachments necessary to run the gun. We will contact you for your pre-payment of diagnosis & labor (see rates below). Please allow 3-10 days business days for your repair to be diagnosed. In some cases, parts may be a special order item and take longer for the repair to be completed. Diagnosis & Labor: $20 must pre-paid at time of drop-off/receiving (non-refundable) of your equipment. Balance owed AFTER diagnosis is for parts and/or cleaning ONLY. We will call you with a quote BEFORE repairing. Agreed balance will be verbally okayed on the phone and will be due upon pick-up of the repaired airbrush or prior to shipment back to you. Parts can run anywhere from $2.50 up to $30. Cleaning can run $5 - $8, depending on how clogged the gun is. Return shipping is a separate charge and varies according to current postal rates.
